CASCADE Project: Improving food security

Learn how the CASCADE project is boosting food security and overcoming malnutrition for Uganda’s women and children. Meet community members sharing stories of their school and village feeding programs – initiatives bringing healthier meals and brighter prospects to children. Then, witness the roll-out of an innovative accountability tool: the community scorecard.

STEPS Project: Refugee emergency protection

Experience the impact of the STEPS Consortium, where CARE and War Child collaborate with local organizations to deliver critical emergency protection for refugees escaping conflict in the DRC, Sudan, and South Sudan. You’ll learn about the essential mental health services providing crucial support and fostering healing in challenging circumstances.

Farmer Field Business School: Sustainable farming

Discover the power of the Farmer Field Business School (FFBS) approach, which is giving local farmers the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to succeed. You’ll roll up your sleeves and help build ingenious keyhole kitchen gardens, participate in lively nutrition awareness sessions, and join candid dialogues with farmers leading the change of transforming sustainable farming into thriving businesses.
